Specification:
- High quality heavy duty aluminium alloy box. 1.0 mm AlMg3 body sheet material on all sizes, strength and durability by design.
- The lid is made of extra strong, 1.5 mm AlMg3 alloy aluminium sheet, making lifting and manipulation with vacuum manipulators possible.
- Heavy duty stainless steel/aluminium spring drop handles with return spring and plastic molded grip.
- Optional cylinder locks or lock sets to close the box for the safety of sensible contents, like drugs, etc.
- Toggle lock made from aluminium/stainless steel - 40mm wide. Corrosion resistant, prepared for cylinder lock, lead seal and padlock, up to shackle thickness 6 mm.
- Aluminium profile reinforcement struts on base plate from size 425 liters.
- All riveted joints are finished with solid rivets. By stacking corners with sealed blind rivets.
- 2 lid straps, in white color, 20mm wide, with extra strong, special fixing to the lid and body.
- 95-100° opening angle of the lid, to prevent accidental fall.
- IP 54 standard design.

- All-round beads and corner beads for additional dimensional stability depending on size

The design of the toggle locks enables fitting of locks that assure safety of sensible contents. Lock sets are available the complete ordered series keyed alike or keyed alike only in the set for one box. |
Document holders made of aluminum sheet in the inside of the lid for storing accompanying documentation of the content like packing lists, etc. They are available in A/4 and A/5 formats. |
